Young person whose close friend left OPC3 today [REDACTED] disclosed to SCA teacher that she ‘wants to be dead.’ She made repeated statements to the effect that she wants to die and ‘can’t be patient anymore. Teacher notified SCA EM, Security and CSPW immediately. IHMS referral also done.
