During a conversation with POI it was disclosed that POI had harmed herself. POI discosed that she had hurt her inside left forearm with an undisclosed object. POI reported that he had not intended to self-harm but that it had occurred as a result of increased anxiety when she heard screaming from other asylum seekers who were self-harming. There are visible superficial scratching marks on her forearm which allegedly did not require medical attention
